New timetable 22 October 2018

Here’s one for you!

We’re excited to bring you the latest Mingara One Fitness timetable that launches Monday 22 October with 179 classes running in our 5 studios!  Our online timetable will update during the week ready for the timetable to GO LIVE!!

Some early ones

We’ve added a few extra early classes for our early risers and our commuters.

One Fusion is our earliest class in Studio 1 at 5.05 am each Wednesday and we have some 5.30 am One Cycle and One Blast classes!

A new one

Love the look of Studio 4 but don’t know where to start? Check out One Basics – Learn how to lift, jump and improve the way your body moves when training. The perfect class for learning new skills, refining your technique and building your confidence for the Studio 4 classes. You can always jump into any class in Studio 4 where our trainers will always guide you and our members will support you!

Bringing back the splash

The weather is warming up and the pool is open! That means we are bringing back the splash! One Float returns for the warmer months! Check out all things One Float here.
