Our talented chefs will delight you while you sit back, relax and enjoy time with your family and friends (without the stress of cooking and cleaning!). There are two options for lunch available; Lunch in Indigo, or Lunch in the Events Centre, and dinner is Indigo only.

Mingara will open at 10:30am on Christmas Day.

Legends Taphouse, Mingara Aquatics, Mingara One and the Bottle Shop will all be closed on Christmas Day.

Indigo Christmas Lunch and Dinner

Family sharing feast, bringing your family and loved ones together!

To Start – Seafood Platter | Chilled Queensland tiger prawns; Sydney rock oysters with walnut, mint and orange dressing; Marinated black lip mussels topped with gremolata; Hiramasa Kingfish ceviche with avocado, radish, jalapeno mayonnaise dressing, spiced coconut and mango salad.

Main Feast | Turkey breast stuffed with sage and apple; Rolled and stuffed margra lamb; Seasoned pork porchetta with crispy cracking, served with roasted root vegetables, a selection of condiments and red wine jus.

Dessert Tasting Plate | Christmas pudding with cream anglaise; Fruit trifle with fresh cream, passionfruit puree and vanilla custard; Black forest cake with cherries and cream.

Coffee and Selection of Teas | Chocolate truffles and Nougat.

Food will be adjusted based on guests at each table.

Entrée Platter for the Table | Seafood platter with fresh king prawns, oysters, Balmain bugs, smoked salmon, large green mussels and scallops with a mango and shallot salsa(GF). Vegetarian option: Stuffed zucchini flowers with goats cheese, semi dried tomato and a rocket and almond salad.

Family Service Table Buffet | Roasted pork loin with crackling and house made apple balsamic sauce (GF)**, Roasted turkey breast stuffed with cranberries with a light jus, Grilled salmon on a French bean salad with cherry tomato, pine nuts and red wine dressing (Vegan option: tofu) (GF), Roasted pumpkin, potato, sweet potato and carrots (GF), Selection of gravy and mustards.

Dessert | Christmas pudding with brandy custard, Selection of mini tarts and cakes, Selection of watermelon, pineapple, honeydew melon and strawberries.
