Celebrate Christmas at Indigo – Eats, Treats & Bar
Join us for our 3-course festive menu for dinner this Christmas Day! Sit back, enjoy the Christmas cheer as our Chef’s and team spoil you for another gorgeous Central Coast Christmas.
Served cold with avocado and mint couscous, dressed with mango and caramelised lime
Crispy chicken salad
Tender pieces of marinated butter milk chicken breast served on a crispy noodle salad of fresh herbs and cherry tomatoes with candied mango
Romaine and sugar snap peas
Tossed peas, romaine hearts and a pecan dressing, served with salt roasted pecans
Trio of roasted Christmas meats
Turkey, Pork & Honey Baked Ham with golden roast root vegetables. Finished with gravy and all the trimmings; cranberry sauce, apple balsamic sauce and of course crispy pork crackling
Indigo’s Deconstructed Beef Wellington
Eye fillet (served medium) wrapped in prosciutto and topped with duck pate. Served with grilled Swiss brown mushrooms, rosemary and turmeric oven baked kipfler potatoes and a port jus.
Crispy Skin Barramundi
Sweet potato puree, grilled asparagus, steamed broccolini, pearls of finger lime with salmon roe and champagne beurre blanc
Ginger Bread & Pear Trifle
House-made ginger bread, mascarpone, raspberry jelly and sweet vanilla custard
