AJ is our hero of coffee at The Roasted Berry. Coffee is his second nature and he’s very good at crafting the perfect cup. AJ also works hard in the kitchen of The Roasted Berry, making all of your favourites. He is part of the furniture and he belongs.
But AJ’s passions for flavours don’t just thrive while he’s working at Mingara.
At home and in his spare time, AJ’s a foodie, a passionate brewer of beer and loves creating special flavour combinations in his wood-fired smoker. He enters competitions, showcasing his latest brews and coming up with the perfect smoked brisket.
