- 50 Skips – 50 Mountain Climbers
- 50 Skips – 40 Mountain Climbers
- 50 Skips – 30 Mountain Climbers
- 50 Skips – 20 Mountain Climbers
- 50 Skips – 10 Mountain Climbers
Get through it all as fast as you can – rest as needed – aim for under 5 minutes.
- Double Under skips
- Running skip
- Mountain climbers straight / crossover
Add to the degree of difficulty and throw in a push up with the mountain climbers.
Take it further
Hit the end of the routine then climb the ladder back up. Why not.
Add this quick little challenge into the end of your workout to finish on a high.
